Blog Writer | GradProSkills** (2019-2021) | Concordia University

**GradProSkills is Concordia University’s Graduate & Professional Skills program which offers professional development workshops and resources for graduate students.

As a communications assistant to GradProSkills, I was in charge of writing the biweekly blog.

I proposed new topics and favoured bringing real-life stories to my audience. I often preferred posts sharing interviews with graduate students about their research and academic journey. Moreover, I provided in-depth expertise on Concordia’s resources available to students by interviewing staff members.

Vanessa explains how her experience in fashion motivated her to produce natural dye from food. She proposes a sustainable form to colour garments and materials to bring better practices to the industry.
